Isn't most of the news we get distorted, diluted, or stripped down to the
point where there is nearly no factual content with a lot of  fluff, and
propaganda? I find it unhealthy to watch, at the same time it's necessary to
be aware of what's happening in our world.  I'm finding that takes time, and
research, especially with the layers of half truth and miss-information we
receive as distraction.    Expanding the mind with information is not only a
right, but  a responsibility. Hopefully by sharing that knowledge with
others we can help create a more evolved race that may remember values like
love and the value all life deserves  over greed and power.  I hope we have
time,  insanity is repeating the same mistakes and continuing to get
undesirable results.  If that's what we've been doing there's a glitch in
the program.  
I still have a real hard time believing Sarah Palin is a real fan.
