Ahh, how quickly they forget. Here's an old BOC-L post of mine from around
the the first great Moose Mania (all praise the BOC-L archives):

First off I suggest we change the mailing list to MOOSE-L. Divided into
subjects of the American, African and European Moose (there is a difference -
the african moose is a camel and can carry a medium sized coconut suspended
between its two large tumors by a very thin straw..). All this because my
brother got run over by a golf-cart riding Swedish mõõse on its way over to
theo's house to play golf. And Jon losing that £20 prize on TV.
