OFF: Govt Mule

THE MULE TRAIN ROLLS
Government Mule, the American blues-rock trio, will hit the road at the
end of this month to play a handful of US shows. This will be the first
time the band have stepped into the spotlight since the death last year
of bassist Allen Woody. The Mule will use Dave Schools of Widespread
Panic for this brief trek, although he will not be saddling up
permanently. Government Mule have also been working on songs for a new
album, and one track - 'Greasy Granny's Gopher Gravy' - has been
co-written with Les Claypool of Primus fame.
