OFF: seeking source for Black Ingvars :)

I just recently heard an MP3 of a most excellent heavy metal cover of
"Här kommer Pippi Långstrump" (the old Pippi Longstocking theme song)
by a Swedish band called the Black Ingvars.  They are (apparently) a
Swedish metal band who play lots of Swedish kids' songs or nursery
rhymes.

I nearly pissed myself listening to the Pippi song, and *must* buy a
copy of their album  _Sjung och var glad_ from which it comes.  Does
anyone know a mail order source?  Record Heaven don't seem to carry
it, and last time I looked places like bol.se wouldn't ship orders
outside of Sweden!
